Triphala directly has mild laxative action, which plays a supportive role in management of constipation and other digestive ailments. Asparagus, Licorice, Giloy, Coriander and Cumin are good antacid, and give relief from acidity, gastritis and heartburn. In addition to this, these ingredients improve digestion and provide strength to digestive organs.
