Fol-XT Tablets contain all active forms of vitamins in a rational approach to prevent Neural Tube Defects (NTDs), pregnancy-related anaemia and associated pregnancy complications due to elevated homocysteine levels.

Key Ingredients:

• L-5 Methylhytetrahydrofolate USP
• Mecobalamin IP
• Pyridoxine Hydrochloride IP

Key Benefits:

• Methyltetrafolate is the active form of folic acid used by your body. L-methyl folate is proven to lower levels of homocysteine (an amino acid linked to pregnancy complications)

• Helps supplement mecobalamin deficiency, thereby decreasing the risk of intrauterine growth retardation, abnormal embryo-foetal brain development, cleft palate and metabolic syndromes

• Pyridoxine is the active form of vitamin B6. B6 may play a role in the prevention of pre-eclampsia

• Vitamin B6 may be helpful for reducing nausea in pregnancy

Effects Of Deficiency:
Lack of L-methyl folate, Pyridoxal 5 Phosphate and Mecobalamin can cause:

• Anaemia

• Epilepsy
