Bixa Botanical Manjistha Powder contains Manjistha, or Rubia Cordifolia which is a branched climber growing in North-west Himalayas, Nilgiris and other hilly districts of India.

From the Ayurvedic Concept of Tridosha’s perspective, Manjistha calms aggravated pitta and breaks up congested kapha. Many pitta-aggravated imbalances in the body, especially those of the blood, may be supported by Manjistha’s affinity for balancing pitta.

As many menstrual problems result from congested lymph, Manjistha is a superb support for the female reproductive system, especially during the child-birthing years.

Because of its effect on the lymph, Manjistha is considered one of the best herbs for skin – supporting the skin in balancing everything from itchiness to rashes and breakouts. It helps as an overall rejuvenating agent for improving skin complexion.

Directions For Use:

• External: Prepare Paste with 1-2 tsp powder & fresh Neem Leaves juice, apply on affected Skin lesions & keep for 1-2 hours & then wash with plain cool water

           OR

• Prepare Oil – Soak 2 tsp Powder in 100 ml Boiled Sesame oil for 12 hours. Then decant the Oil and keep in Amber coloured glass bottle. Gently apply over affected skin lesions before bath 1-2 hours

• Internal: Take ½-1 tsp with 1 cup of lemongrass tea, mor-eve on an empty stomach
