Directions for Use

• Insert the batteries

• Press and hold the start/stop button for 5 seconds

• Use M1 or M2 to set time, hour and date format and confirm with the start/stop button

• Sit straight and wear the cuff on your left hand

• Place the cuff 2 cm above the elbow

• The cuff must be at the level of your heart, and two fingers should fit in the cauff

• Press start/ stop to measure the blood pressure
