What is Mean Corpuscular Hemoglobin?
Mean Corpuscular Hemoglobin (MCH) measures the average amount of hemoglobin in each red blood cell (RBC). Abnormal MCH is a sign of blood disorder such as anemia, vitamin deficiency or other medical condition. The test is often a part of complete blood count or used to diagnose blood disorders in case of symptoms.
