Guaifenesin + Terbutaline + Ambroxol + Ammonium Chloride + Menthol is a combination of five medicines: Guaifenesin , Terbutaline , Ambroxol , Ammonium Chloride and Menthol. Guaifenesin and Ammonium Chloride are expectorants which work by decreasing the stickiness of airway secretions and help in their removal from the airways. Terbutaline is a bronchodilator which relax the muscles in the airways and widen the airways. Ambroxol is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Menthol is an organic compound which produces a sensation of coolness and relieves minor throat irritation. Together, they make breathing easier.
