Dexamethasone + Framycetin + Clotrimazole is a combination of three medicines: Dexamethasone , Framycetin and Clotrimazole. Dexamethasone is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Framycetin is an antifungal which stops the growth of fungi while Clotrimazole antibiotic which stops bacterial growth on skin. Together, they treat your skin infection effectively.
