In last month I had blood bleeding from left nose continues six times average 40 mins. Each time I was admitted hospital they done nose packing for three days in three days I had blood drops from right nose two times. Fourth day they removed the packing and operated in the nose they informed me that I have small hole in my nose and they operated and closed finely I don't know why it is happened even they were not informed me I am using tablet for heigh blood pressure ( TRIOLMEZEST - 40 Olmesartan (40 mg), Amyloid pine (5 mg), Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5 mg)v) In last total moral month I had bp fluctuations ( 140/80 to 100/60) Now I am having met XL 50 & Thelma 40 for heigh bp I can know why this episode was happened

Dear Doctor, I had a by surgery in 2013. In April I got the checkup done. All test are normal except I have slightly high BP. I have been taking these medicine on the advice of my cardiologist. I am suffering from type ll diabetes since 20 years. At present I am taking the following medicine, Gluformin XL 250 MG, + Glimer 4mg + Voglitor MD 0.3 MG BEFORE BBF . GLUFORMIN XL 500 mg before lunch, Gluformin. XL 250 MG + Glimer 4 mg + Voglitor. MD 0.3 MG BEFORE DINNER EARLIER my sugur level remain within normal rang. For last fortnight it is shouting as FASTING-- 124 & PP -- 260. My appetite has increased quite high to the extend that I have to take some snakes almost every hour or two. Kindly suggest .
