Silkof Syrup is a medicine used to treat dry cough. It works by directly suppressing the cough reflex in the brain. It also produces a cool sensation and relieves minor throat irritation as well as provides relief from allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing.
Silkof Syrup is a combination of H1 antihistaminic (1st generation), H1 antihistaminic (1st generation), sympathomimetic- alpha 1(nasal), and menthol.
