Selgin Tablet relieves symptoms of Parkinson's disease such as tremors, muscle stiffness, and difficulty moving. It increases the amount of a chemical called dopamine in the brain which helps in the coordination of body movements. This medicine can therefore enhance the quality of life by improving the ability to carry out daily functions in a better manner.

- It should preferably be taken with breakfast or lunch as taking it late in the day may cause trouble sleeping.
- It can an make you dizzy or lightheaded, especially when you suddenly stand up from sitting or laying down. Thus get out of bed slowly, resting your feet on the floor for a few minutes before standing up.
