Romy 500mg Injection is used in the treatment of chronic immune thrombocytopenia in patients who have had an insufficient response to other treatments like corticosteroids, immunoglobulins, or splenectomy.
Romy 500mg Injection is used to treat a bleeding disorder caused by low blood platelet count. It can also be used to treat low platelet count in certain infections (Hepatitis C Virus) and severe deficiency conditions (severe aplastic anemia)

- Romy 500mg Injection is used to increase the number of platelets (cells that help the blood to clot) in order to decrease the risk of bleeding in adults.
- Your platelet level will be checked for at least 2 weeks after you finish your treatment with Romy 500mg Injection.
- Inform your doctor if you have or have ever had a blood clot, bleeding problems, any type of cancer that affects your blood cells. Also, tell your doctor if you have had your spleen removed.
