Prax A 75 Capsule prevents the formation of blood clots in blood vessels thereby reducing the risk of future heart attacks or strokes. In larger doses, Ecosprin 75 Tablet may be used in the treatment of a heart attack or a stroke which has been caused by a blood clot. It stops the blood clot that is blocking the supply of blood to the heart from growing any bigger.

Do not take Prax A 75 Capsule if you have or ever had severe liver disease, stomach ulcers, bleeding in the brain (stroke or a transient ischemic attack, also known as TIA), or if you have a bleeding disorder known as hemophilia (disease in which blood does not clot normally). Additionally, avoid taking Prax A 75 Capsule if you are trying to get pregnant, already pregnant, or breastfeeding.
