Nimuram T 100mg/2mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Nimesulide and Tinidazole. Nimesulide is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Tinidazole is an antibiotic. It kills bacteria and other infectious microorganisms by damaging their DNA.
