- Take it on an empty stomach, at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal.
- Use a reliable barrier contraceptive method such as condoms to prevent pregnancy while you are taking this medicine and for 4 months after you stop taking it.
- It may cause serious bleeding, especially in your stomach or brain. Inform your doctor if you get headaches, stomach pain or if you notice blood in your urine or stools.
- Get regular eye examinations while taking this medicine. Inform your doctor if you get eye irritation, blurred vision, eye pain or other vision changes during your treatment.
