Lupitros-Z Eye Drop BKC Free helps reduce pressure in your eyes (ocular hypertension) that can lead to an illness called glaucoma. It may be used alone or with other eye drops. If you stop taking it, the pressure in your eye will not be controlled. This could lead to a loss of sight.
