Liofen 50mg Injection starts working after 0.5-1 hours when the injection is given as a bolus (a large amount of medication is infused at a time). The effect of the medicine can be observed after 4 hours of administration which will last for 4-8 hours. However, if it is given as a continuous infusion then it takes about 6-8 hours to show its effect which reaches its peak within 24 to 48 hours.
