I am diabetic and under medicine now. I jog regularly for 3.5 km. Early morning I take 5 glasses of water empty stomach before jogging. I have pain at the back portion of anus for the last one week. Now I have problem squatting in Indian style latrine. There is no bleeding. I have pain while walking, sneezing, coughing and bending. I have an old problem of taking more time than usual for defecation. But I used to have regular bowel movements. Now because of the pain, I am not able to give the pressure during bowel movement. Please help. There is swelling also at the back portion of the anus.
