How to use Esiflo Inhaler

Check the label for directions before use. Shake the inhaler. While you are breathing in from mouth, press down on the inhaler one time to release the medication and hold your breath for 10 seconds. Repeat until you have inhaled the number of puffs as suggested by the doctor.Afterwards, rinse your mouth thoroughly with water and spit it out.

years ago doctor advice me to inhale esiflo 250 becoz i had problem in breathing. since then when ever i used to drink any chilled liquid or go to any hill stations it feels like m having weight on my chest. and respiration start increasing. then if i inhale esiflo then it becomes normal. now a days i m feeling that i had become addicted of esiflo 250. since i m inhaling it at alternate days becoz i feel i need it to inhale. m i asthametic?? is there any way to get out of this? or can it be cure any how?
