Disperzyme Dispersible Tablet contains Trypsin, Bromelain and Rutoside. 
 
Role of key ingredients: 
Trypsin is an enzyme found in the small intestine. It is given in combination with bromelain to treat osteoarthritis. Trypsin can break immune complex and regulate the immune system. The excess immune complex is the principal cause of rheumatoid arthritis. 
Bromelain is an enzyme found in pineapple juice. It has anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. It modulates certain immune cell surface adhesion molecules which play an important role in the pathogenesis of arthritis. It slows blood clots and helps in reducing pain and improves knee functioning in people with arthritis. 
Rutoside is an efficient suppressor of oxygen radical which is overproduced in the patient having rheumatoid arthritis. It also slows down the progression of spontaneous osteoarthritis lesions.
