Alsarex Forte Tablet consists of Conch shell calx, Oyster shell calx, Red ochre, Achyranthes aspera, Nardostachys jatamansi, Cuminum cyminum, Cowrie shell calx, Zinc calx, Emblica officinalis (Amalaki), Glycyrrhiza glabra (Yastimadhu), Andropogon muricatus (Usheer), Ficus racemose, Asparagus racemosus (Shatavari), and Symplocos racemose.
