Aelxim-L Tablet is a combination medicine that is used to treat various types of bacterial infections. It fights against the microorganisms to prevent their growth and further spread of the infection. It also prevents diarrhea which may occur as side effect of this medicine.
Aelxim-L Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Aelxim-L Tablet1, Aelxim-L Tablet2 and Aelxim-L Tablet3.

In Treatment of Bacterial infections
Aelxim-L Tablet used to treat certain bacterial infections such as pneumonia (a lung infection), bronchitis (infection of the tubes leading to the lungs), gonorrhea (a sexually transmitted disease), and infections of the ears, throat, stomach, and urinary tract. It works by stopping the growth of the bacteria. It is advisable to continue taking it as long as it is prescribed even when you feel better, to make sure that all bacteria are killed. Aelxim-L Tablet also restores the level of good bacteria in your stomach and thus prevents stomach upset due to the antibiotics.
Side effects of Aelxim-L Tablet
Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

How to use Aelxim-L Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Aelxim-L Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
