Acloheal-TC Tablet is a pain relieving medicine. It is used to treat pain and inflammation in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and osteoarthritis. It may also be used to relieve muscle pain, back pain, toothache, or pain in the ear and throat.
Acloheal-TC Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Acloheal-TC Tablet1, Acloheal-TC Tablet2, and Acloheal-TC Tablet3.

In Pain relief
Acloheal-TC Tablet relieves pain, reduce swelling and ease inflammation in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and ankylosing spondolytis. It also helps to manage short term symptoms such as muscle and back pain, toothache, or pain in the ear and throat if taken when the first sign of pain occurs. It works by reducing substances in the body that causes pain and swelling. Acloheal-TC Tablet also reduces fever associated with various painful conditions within 1-2 hour of taking a dose.

What is Acloheal-TC Tablet?
Acloheal-TC Tablet is a combination of four medicines: Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, Trypsin and Chymotrypsin. This medicine helps in decreasing pain and swelling. It lowers the levels of chemical substances in the body that causes pain and swelling.
Can I get addicted to Acloheal-TC Tablet?
No, there is no report of any patient getting addicted to Acloheal-TC Tablet.
Can I stop taking Acloheal-TC Tablet when my pain is relieved?
Acloheal-TC Tablet is usually used for short term and can be discontinued when your pain is relieved. However, Acloheal-TC Tablet should be continued if your doctor has advised you to do so.
Can the use of Acloheal-TC Tablet cause dizziness?
Yes, the use of Acloheal-TC Tablet can cause dizziness (feeling faint, weak, unsteady or lightheaded) in some patients. If you feel dizzy or lightheaded, it is better to rest for some time and resume once you feel better.
Can the use of Acloheal-TC Tablet cause damage to kidneys?
Yes, long-term use of Acloheal-TC Tablet can cause damage to the kidneys. Normal kidneys produce a chemical called prostaglandins that protects them from damage. Use of painkillers lowers the levels of prostaglandins in the body leading to kidney damage due to long-term use. Use of painkillers is not recommended to patients with underlying kidney disease.
Can the use of Acloheal-TC Tablet cause damage to liver?
Acloheal-TC Tablet contains Paracetamol. This medicine is known to cause harm to the liver especially in the doses above the recommended level. Also, avoid drinking alcohol while taking this medicine, as it may further increase your risk of liver damage. Use of this medicine should preferably be avoided in patients with underlying liver disease. Contact your doctor immediately if you notice any early signs and symptoms of liver damage. These symptoms may include fever, rash, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, stomach pain, dark urine, yellow skin or eyes and abnormal liver enzymes.
How long will Acloheal-TC Tablet take to act?
It may take about an hour to see the initial benefit of pain relief after taking Acloheal-TC Tablet.
What if I forget to take Acloheal-TC Tablet?
If you forget to take the scheduled dose of Acloheal-TC Tablet and it is almost time for your next dose, skip the dose you missed and take your next dose at the scheduled time. Otherwise, take it as soon as you remember, and then go back to taking your medicine as you would normally. Do not take a double dose to make up for the dose you missed because this may increase the risk of unwanted side effect. If you are not sure what to do, consult your doctor about how to manage a situation like this.
Will a higher than the recommended dose of Acloheal-TC Tablet be more effective?
No, taking a higher than the recommended dose may not be more effective, rather it may increase the chances of having some serious side effects and toxicity. If you experience increased severity of your symptoms, that are not relieved by the recommended doses, please consult your doctor for re-evaluation.
