How Noristerat Injection works
Noristerat 200mg Injection contains a synthetic form of the female sex hormone, called progesterone. This hormone stops you getting pregnant by working in three ways: firstly, by preventing an egg being released from your ovaries; secondly, by making the fluid (mucus) in your cervix thicker, which makes it more difficult for sperm to enter the womb; and thirdly, by preventing the lining of your womb thickening enough for an egg to grow in it.

When does Noristerat 200mg Injection start working?
Noristerat 200mg Injection starts working immediately if given within the first 5 days of beginning of your periods.
